We accept payments via Etsy Payments (PayPal, credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods).

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may occur.

If you are from EU-country you will not be charged any custom charges or additional fees because the item is shipped from EU.

Items are sent in a bubble padded envelope, mailing bag or in a box.

We ship by priority mail with a tracking worldwide. Buyers can expedite the delivery by selecting a ''DHL Express Upgrade'' option in the shopping cart.

Estimated delivery time will be shown in your shopping cart. Please observe also the processing time of your order. Processing time = waiting time + production time. Delivery time is not included in the processing time.

When you order more items, the production time can be extended accordingly.

All items are hand-made and thus unique, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Colors of the actual items can vary slightly from the colors on the images.
You will always get the item that is on the photo, so no surprises there.

We have tried to state actual sizes of the items, but please allow minimal differences since the items are hand-made. Thank you for understanding.
