Frequently asked questions
Lost, broken or damaged items
In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged, or have a fault that has been overlooked, buyers will be offered a full or partial refund. If the item should arrive broken, buyers within the United Kingdom will be fully reimbursed including all postage costs.
International buyers will be reimbursed the original purchase price only, postage costs are at the buyers own risk.
It is not always necessary to return damaged items, but photographs are required before a refund is issued.
For delayed items Royal Mail requires 15 working days before an item is officially declared as lost.
