4 out of 5 starsThe laptop arrived in time as it was promise after it was lost by USPS. It works fine but the installed memory is not 32GB as is state. It is just 16GB.

2 out of 5 starsOrdered a custom pennant in light blue with black lettering and submitted a sample image showing the college colors. Instead of light blue, the pennant was navy blue and the black lettering was difficult to read. I never received a proof and the pennant took three weeks to arrive. I contacted the seller to have the pennant remade and they didn’t respond. I don’t recommend this seller.

we suggested not to order with black lettering as it is harder to see and none of our expamples have this. this was before placing your order but you wanted it this way and we printed to your request

1 out of 5 starsItem was marked as delivered but never arrived. When I reached out for help, the seller did not provide any proof of delivery and instead accused me of scamming. Very unprofessional and not how customer issues should be handled. I would not recommend purchasing from this shop.
