We do have 6 designs to choose from, as shown in the product photo's. If you wish to have something other than design 1, please pop all the details in the personalisation box. You can also request something different on the tag and cover e.g

The text on the luggage tag will normally be positioned across the bottom, unless the name is too long, it will go lengthways across the middle.
