3. Large sets of artwork will be zipped, use free unzipping software to extract ie. Winzip.com
4. Choose your size and print, use the best printer settings

You will find that our sets of large artworks are compressed so they can be uploaded in a bundle and downloaded faster. The compressed file is known as a 'zip' file (ends with the extension .zip). An archive needs to be opened with compression software before the files inside can be accessed. Windows, OS X, and Linux all come with ZIP compression built-in to the operating system, or you can google a free third-party program on the internet. To open a zip file: right-click the ZIP file. In Windows and Linux, you can right-click the Z. If using a mobile, you can download an app ie. we are a fan of the free software WinZip: http://www.winzip.com

You can print your artwork from home, upload it to an online printing service or email your files to a local printing shop. Files are JPEG, which gives you the flexibility to also print at a photo lab, or print on any print mediums that you would print a photo, i.e. canvas, metal, foam board, tote bag, tee, photo paper.

Text-based prints are clear when printed on matte card stocks but can be printed at photo labs too. If you are in Australia, there is Officeworks and printing on A4 and A3 cardstocks and trimming off excess paper is most cost-effective. If you are based in the US, I would suggest Walgreens, Staples, Kinkos, Target, FedEx, Costco and Walmart. In Canada, you can print at FedEx, Costco and Walmart. In the UK, Boots, Tesco, Asda, Staples.

We suggest using a heavyweight card or photo stock in matte for all type based prints and semi-gloss for photo prints for a lovely subtle sheen. When printing make sure to set your printer to 100% or original size and select the highest quality printing setting. Colours may vary sightly with differing monitors as will colours vary from using differing printers.
