Domestic can choose from:

-If the item/package arrived damaged or faulty, a clear photo must be provide to resolve the problem.
-If the item/package arrived damaged or faulty, you need to contact us within 2 working days
RETURN
If you changed your mind and would like to return your order you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit. Failure to do so might result in a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care and we have a right of action against you to withhold a refund. After item receive original postage and packing coast will be deducted from the refund.
CANCEL ORDER
Any placed order can be cancelled within 4h. Order which are out for delivery can't be cancelled.
ITEMS DAMAGED OR PART ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT
If your item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days with clear picture of damage. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Once we know you have received damaged item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Investigations into damaged parcels can take up to 30 days for domestic and 90 days for international. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
NOT RECEIVED ITEM
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 30 days for domestic and 90 days for international. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete
INCORECT / NOT RESENDENTIAL ADDRESS:
-if order was placed with incorrect/incomplete address. Customer must place new order.
-if order placed to the not residential address (work place), customer must pay for tracking delivery.
