This is the 5" version of the Geometric Embroider Colorful Hoop Art. Like the 3" version, it is stitched by hand featuring a repetitive pattern and framed in a 5" wooden embroidery hoop. The back is covered with felt to hide the stitches. Wooden easel shown is NOT included. Available in 4 colors.

Int'l order may take up to 10 - 60 working days (maybe even longer depending on factors like the recent pandemic, weather, holidays, int'l customs, postal efficiency of recipient's country).

RM does not provide detailed online tracking capability. It is not mandatory for registered items to be scanned at every stage of the delivery process be it for local or overseas delivery.

For RM to overseas, the scan events may differ from post to post. A scan event will be shown IF AND WHEN they are provided by the overseas postal administrations.

Please ALLOW at least 18 working days (within 6mths of order ship date) before contacting me. I will raise an official inquiry with Singpost on your behalf. They will reach out to the destination's postal administration. Under 'Universal Postal Regulations', overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.

I will keep you inform of the status update as I received it.

1. If the parcel is officially declared lost by Singpost after the official inquiry (which MAY TAKE UP to 60 business days), the FULL AMOUNT of your order will be refunded back to you.

2. If the parcel is returned unopened due to non-receipt by the buyer, refunds will be on the TOTAL RETAIL PRICE of your order LESS the cost of SHIPPING.

3. If your order arrives damaged, contact me immediately. I need photos as proof of damage (original package and item content). After inspection, if it is due to my error in packaging that the order is damaged, refunds will be on the TOTAL RETAIL PRICE of your order OR MAXIMUM 100SGD, WHICHEVER IS LOWER, will be offered.

1. Invoices/Receipts are not included in your order to reduce paper use in an effort to support a more eco-friendly environment (unless required by the postal service).

If you need a copy, kindly refer to your email receipt from Etsy or you could always drop me an Etsy message and I will send you the PDF version.

2. Some packing materials I used can be and/or are recycled:

Clean boxes from home, kraft paper box, cardboard (to provide stiffer backing, normally for sticker orders), Shredded Paper (colored paper using shredder machine), Inflated Cushioning (reused from frequent shopping online), paper bags, jute strings and ribbons.
