If you put your ear to the clock movement, you will hear the ticking sounds but otherwise you will not hear the ticking sound.

All items are returnable. Please contact me with your reason for return and I will respond with an instruction. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the item safely but you will still get the majority of the cost back from the refund.
