Shipping is free in the US for all my products. Internationally, shipping is $10 US.

Instant digital downloads will be sent to you via Etsy. Custom digital downloads (excluding portraits) are guaranteed to be completed and sent to you via Etsy within 1-4 business days (though I usually complete custom digital downloads in 1-2 business days). Custom portraits are guaranteed to be completed and shipped within 2-3 weeks (though I usually ship these in 1-2 weeks), and all other prints are guaranteed to be shipped within 1-4 business days (though I usually ship these in 1-2 business days). My products are sent to you from Hyrum, UT via USPS Ground Advantage, which ships in 2-5 business days.

Yes! If your order is time-sensitive, please don’t hesitate to send me a message - rushing your order is definitely an optional upgrade. Pricing for this upgrade will depend on the project, so please contact me for details.

Absolutely! I like to think my products make wonderful gifts! Gift wrap and a personalized handwritten card (with your message) are an optional upgrade for any order. Simply mark the order as a gift and choose to add gift wrapping for $4 during checkout, and I'll create, package, and send this order directly to the recipient with the same love and care you'd put into the gift yourself.

All aspects of your order are created with love! All illustrations are hand-drawn on my iPad using the Procreate Digital Illustration App. Custom prints (portraits, name prints, etc.) are printed on textured fine art paper, and all other prints (calendars, advent calendars, cards, etc.) are printed on quality cardstock. Prints are hand-trimmed and packaged individually with care. All of my products are handmade, so you can expect the uniqueness of artisan-crafted work.

To personalize custom portraits and name prints, please contact me after your purchase via Etsy messages to send pictures, descriptions of individuals, and names/words to be used on the print. I can also add backgrounds as an optional upgrade - just let me know if this is something you want to be added on. You can send as much information as you’d like - I do want to get your illustration just right! Please check your messages in the days following your purchase, as I will send a proof via Etsy messages of your portrait before the final copy is produced. I will be happy to make changes from the proof if requested - I can make up to 2 batches of changes.

You will receive a link to download your file(s) in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase. You can also access your downloads anytime by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. Please message me if you have any problems finding or downloading your print.

You can cancel an order for a custom or physical item, as long as you contact me within 24 hours of your purchase and the order hasn’t been shipped yet. However, canceling orders is not an option for instant digital downloads.

I want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you on a refund, exchange, and/or return. If your order does not arrive after two weeks of the shipping date, please message me and I will be happy to work with you on a refund or replacement.
