I purchased this piece to memorialize my dog of 15 years who’d recently passed away. The piece rusted in the packaging… very fast. When contacting the seller to notify her of the issue she commented that it was likely due to the climate in my state. Whatever! The seller provides a sample cloth to clean the piece but the instructions provided with the cloth were not very clear so the sample cloth was ruined and my necklace remained rusted. I had to purchase additional cleaner to wipe away the rust before I could even begin to think about wearing it. The amount of time I’ve had to put into this necklace was absolutely not worth it. I likely won’t even make use of what was supposed to be a nice way to remember my sweet baby. Definitely was not worth my money!
