i recommend washing all garments either by hand or on a cool wash. DO NOT tumble dry

UK buyers - I buy and print postage labels direct from etsy and royal mail. So tracking will automatically upload on to your order
ALL overseas orders are sent tracked as standard - If tracking isnt on your order please let me know and i can update for you. Some times i use FED EX so need to manually input the data

My current turn around is 5-7 days from date of payment.
Most items are made and sent before the 5 days.
All items are sent 2nd class as standard within the UK Unless you upgrade to first - this is on the listing (additional £2)

Depending on where you are in the world items generally take between 5-21 working days from the first date of transit.
All items purchased after 20th July 2020 will now be sent tracked as standard for both our peace of minds :)
Once items physically leave my hands there is nothing i can do to chase your parcel. BUT tracking will be on the order.

Express means items will be made within 3 days and sent 1st class
Please remember I am an individual seller who designs, prints and makes each item to order. So I can not offer a next day delivery service.
