I'm loving this pattern and I kind of hate granny squares. You can make any length short or pants here. I'm using a worsted weight yarn and it's more like sweat pants, so it works with any yarn. I'll make another pair of lighter weight yarn. These are great over leggings for yoga, or for the beach, or just out!
