This incredible necklace was made over several days. The hawk was sculpted in clay, then a mold was made using a special sand, and molten silver was poured into the mold. Once polished nicely it was forged by hand with the Turquoise set in a fine silver bezel. The chain is sterling silver, with Turquoise and silver spirit beads and it adjusts from 16 - 20 inches. The substantial silver and Turquoise pendant contains 48 grams of silver and measures 2.7 inches from top to bottom, and a fraction 1.25 inches in width.
