The headband is beautiful, very well made and looks just like the photos. Shipping was also super fast, I received a shipping confirmation the morning after I placed my order. Unfortunately, the package got lost somewhere along the way, which meant I couldn't wear the headband to my wedding as planned. But the customer service was top notch! They responded to my request immediately and worked together to find a good solution!

Der Haarreifen ist wunderschön, sehr gut verarbeitet und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Auch der Versand erfolgte super schnell, bereits am Morgen nach meiner Bestellung hatte ich eine Versandbestätigung. Leider ist das Paket dann kurzzeitig neinder Pist verloren gegangen, weshalb ich den Haarreifen nicht wie geplant zu meiner Hochzeit tragen konnte. Aber der Kundenservice war dafür top! Es wurde direkt auf meine Anfrage reagiert und gemeinsam nach einer guten Lösung gesucht!
