Unfortunately, now many parcels are delayed because it takes longer to process at customs. This happened in normal times, but now the situation has worsened due to the coronavirus. How long it will take depends on luck and, unfortunately, I cannot influence the work of the customs officers in any way. But as soon as the parcel goes through customs, it will start moving very quickly in your direction. I quickly process orders and quickly deliver packages to the postal courier. Delivery to the USA.
I deliver all packages from Ukraine to the US through a partner in Pennsylvania. When the partner receives the package, I update the order with the usps track. All packages for US customers will be shipped from Pennsylvania This is a more expensive shipping method for me than direct shipping from Ukraine BUT it is a reliable shipping method during this unpredictable time. Worldwide shipping remains free for my clients.

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
Customs fees are placed on physical goods that are imported into a country from another country or territory.
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
If a buyer and a seller are located in different countries, Etsy inform buyers (email) that additional duties and taxes (such as those charged at customs) may apply.

We will accept return items if they meet the following guidelines:
- contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 5 days of delivery;
- item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags attached. Buyer is responsible in any loss in value;
- buyer is responsible for any charge to return and restocking fee;
- refund will be automatically issued (within 24 hours) when the package is in our store office in Kiev and if all required conditions are applied.
