All orders will be shipped by regular mail. I cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the regular mail. So if you want certainty, you could choose for secured shipping. It takes the same amount of time to arrive but you will receive a track and trace number. The cost are significant higher than regular mail. I do not offer an overnight shipping option.

I do not ship the items until payment is received.
All the bracelets are not in stock but are custom made. It takes time to make a bracelet and therefore the bracelet will be shipped within 1-2 weeks, or of course if it's ready sooner, I will send it sooner. I'm human, not a machine, so thank you very much for understanding :).

Because what happens at your post office is not my responsibility, I do not refund orders for unclaimed packages. If a package is returned as unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. But if you still want your order, I will be happy to send it back to you ! You will just have to pay the shipping costs.
