Each pair of Ruby earrings are custom made specifically FOR YOU in the Upstate Resin Works LLC workshop located in Upstate NY between the Adirondack and Catskill mountains. No drop shipping, or reselling. Your earrings are truly being made specifically for you!

Each Ruby stud design is thoughtfully crafted with quality, durable and natural materials. 
Your new pair of earrings is made with genuine, real, earth mined gemstones. Not synthetic or lab grown gems. Even through natural gemstones will vary from stone to stone, your new earrings will be made to be a matching set.

➤ For customers with metal sensitivity, the gold and rose gold plating is done with a nickel free plating processes.



🚚 Shipping free for all US based customers with orders over $35. Your order is shipped in a jewelry box and discreet bubble mailer.  Shipping upgrades for faster delivery are also available!
✔️ International shipping is also available. Please note; due to European GSPR laws and lack of guidance for small businesses, there are some countries I will not be shipping to.
✔️ All orders are photographed prior to shipping for quality control, ensuring each customer receives the correct order.


➤ Cancelations, Exchanges, Returns and Refunds;
✔️ Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours.
✔️ Cancelations are eligible for 100% full refunds.
✔️ Earrings, due to sanitary reasons cannot be resold and because they are custom made for each customer; are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes customers who may have metal allergies, or sensitivity. Unfortunately returns are not accepted.

➤ Warranty details;
✔️ Each pair of earrings are warrantied for one year to be free of defects. Plated earrings have a one year warranty on their plating as well. Warranty requests will require return of the defective earrings (at the customers expense) for repair or replacement. Warranty replacements will ship to the customer at no additional cost.
✔️ Please note; loss, damage, theft, buyers remorse, wear and tear, exposure to chemicals that may damage the earrings, metal sensitivity and deciding they're too small (size comparison photo is provided in each listing) are not considered warranty issues and not conditions for returns or refunds.
