+ STERLING SILVER
Sterling Silver is a standard alloy for jewellery purposes and is safe to wear on your skin. Sterling Silver consists of 92.5% silver, 7.5% copper. To ensure the quality of our pieces, a recognised Hallmark is applied to all our pieces above the legal weight threshold of 7.78g of silver.

+ COPPER, BRASS, BRONZE
Pure 100% Copper; Brass is an alloy of 15% zinc, 5% tin, and 80% copper; Bronze is an alloy of 10% tin and 90% copper. Brass has a similar appearance to yellow gold. Bronze has warmer, reddish hues than brass. Copper and copper alloys will tarnish over time and can cause your skin to turn green due to chemical reactions (oxidation). This greenish mark is harmless and renowned by some for its health benefits.

+ RESIN
Made of liquid photopolymers, resins showcase smooth surface finishes and capture fine and intricate details. The models are 3D printed layer by layer, then cured, or polymerized, by a UV lamp. All resin products go through extensive hand-polishing to give them a smooth finish.
Resin finishes: white, black, and fluorescent colours. Resin products in all colours besides white and black are polished and then dyed using a manual process. Due to the inherent variability of this process, colour may vary slightly between products.

Polymers jewellery may be delicate. To minimise scratches and breakage, you should make sure not to drop your piece and that your jewellery is properly cleaned and stored.

Every design piece starts with paper sketches in hand. This visual idea becomes a 3D CAD (computer-aided design) file refined in steps that gradually reach finer details.

Our pieces are individually crafted using the most innovative 3D printing and casting techniques to give you some of the finest designs and the sleekest finishes on the market.

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. If you placed an order, it will be processed on the same day. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be produced before dispatch as our jewellery pieces are individually crafted. We will keep you up to date with the progress of your piece of jewellery throughout the entire order process.

If you would like to change your order please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item goes into production, we can no longer change or cancel it as our products are individually crafted. You may cancel your order before the order has been processed and goes in production and you have received your confirmation email from us.

We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process. Please provide us with correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.

Our products are shipped out of United Kingdom and United States. Please allow plenty of time for it to arrive. No refund will be issued for orders delayed in transit. Please note that the delivery times vary for different countries.

Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days via our selected courier myHermes or Royal Mail with signature on delivery, tracking and insurance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Overseas orders are delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. An email confirmation will be sent with the tracking information for your package. Our prices do not include overseas custom duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may incur. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country.
