As all of my orders are handmade I am able to accept custom orders.
It is your responsibility to ensure all spelling is correct I can not be held responsible for any mistakes made.
Where possible stock permitting I will do my upmost to make your order to your exact specification. Please note that as Items are handmade there may be slight variations to the embellishments used.

All orders can be gift wrapped and accompanied by a matching gift tag. Please select the option within the order screen.

As a small business I can take on some larger orders but would need to be contacted for availability first.

Weight Loss Plaques
Hearts are painted with chalkboard paint. A damp cloth will fully remove the chalk and will not have any effect on the heart itself.
I would advise using chalk pens as they have been known to stain.

Each item has an individual handle time, please refer to your order for an estimated shipping date. Where possible I may have your order with you sooner than that date.

In the event of your order being damaged in transit please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will need you to send me clear pictures of the damage and also the packaging within 14 days of the item being received. This ensures I can raise a complaint with the Royal Mail/ courier and also deal with your order efficiently.
Any longer than this it is harder for me raise a claim.

In the event that a refund is needed the item will need to be sent back to marked as RETURN. Once the item is back with me I will issue a refund within 48 hours. Proof of posting must be obtained so I can reimburse the cost to return to me.

Once posted I will attach your tracking reference I would advise any buyer from the USA to click on the tracking reference and add their mobile number to the USPS website. Select text updates that way you will be notified on the whereabouts of your order. If you are not home to sign for your parcel when USPS try to deliver they "should" leave a calling card for you to contact them and arrange redelivery. This can also be done on their website.
You then have 21 days to arrange this before the item is returned to me. If this happens you would be liable to pay the postage on your item again for me to resend.
I have no involvement in what USPS do and if they do not leave a card you will need to log a complain with them.

I accept returns on change of mind purchases on non personalised/custom items.
You must notify me within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you've told me. Buyer pays the return postage.

As long as the item is returned to me in the same condition it left me, I will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
