- Major cities/ Office of Mail Exchange may differ for registered and surface mail.

- Delivery times are only estimates and may/ may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.

- Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of me.
- Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.

- Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance.

- For festive postings to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail and to the above estimated delivery time.

- Registered Mail requires longer delivery days as it is a recorded delivery service.

1) Orders that have been successfully paid for are final. No cancellations or refunds are allowed, subjected to case by case basis. I appreciate your understanding in this respect.

2) NO cancellation of order once I have mailed it out.

3) NO resending of your order to another address if I have already sent out according to your address indicated in your order from Etsy.

4) Each shipment from Singapore to all around the world will take approximately
12 - 52 workings days to reach depending on the custom clearance and postal services in your good country.

1) Any shipping charges for returning of product/products will be borne by the customer. (Kindly fill up the form provided at your purchase, right top hand-corner and send it via email).

2) Goods Sold are non-returnable, provided it is manufactured defect or wrong item shipped by us. The return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

3) Goods retuned, must be in good original condition (untouched) and refund is activated upon receiving of the returned product and ONLY the cost of the product is refunded excluding any shipping charges incurred.

Your order will mail out the 2 to 3 working days upon receiving the full payment.

2) Your products are sent by Registered mail (Air-Mail Postage rate + Registered Article rate) through local mail provider(Singapore Post) based on your address at Etsy. If you want it to be delivered to a different address, you have to send a message to me immediately before I send out the order.

3) All products are sent by Registered mail so as to allow tracking and I do not earned any profit out of the delivery charges.

4) As this is a Registered mail, I do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses

5) If you would like me to send your item with insurance, do let me know before the purchase and I will add the extra cost to the item.

I will take utmost care to pack your goods in proper protective plastic bags, bubble wraps and paddings (if required). All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery

All registered mail, the article number and month/year of posting will be sent via message to customer after the item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at www.singpost.com.sg

For international postage service outside of Singapore, it may take about 12-52 working days to reach your destination, sometimes more, sometimes less. It really depends on your customs and postage service at your country, I am not in control. If you are purchasing as a gift, please give sufficient allowance for delivery.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and other fees for the delivery.

Please contact the customs of your country in order to have more information such as import taxes and customs duties.

Do send me a message regarding lost in the mail.

In the event that an item has not been delivered after 2 months, it is considered missing and I will replace the shipment at my cost AFTER I have RECEIVED a CONFIRMATION from our Singapore post that it has been lost. This feedback may take a few months as it requires the confirmation from your country's postal service. As such, if you have not received the package after a month, please let me know.

Please kindly note that different Postal Administrations have varying degree of service response, the Universal Postal Regulation allows countries up to 2 months to reply to any inquiry. Rest assured that I will pursue the matter regularly and will give you a reply as soon as I can .

The postal service provider will consolidate each package into big bags and ready to air-delivery to the respective countries.

The critical part is that each big bag(full of letters,parcels/packages) will rely on which route this plane is flying. If you are lucky, your package/parcel is on the plane which flying directly to your country, it will reach your place fast. If your package/parcel is on the plane which is embarking to other country first before flying to your country, it will take a long while to reach your place. Of course, it is still depending on the custom clearance of clearance of the receiver’s country.

It is very important to double check the SHIPPING address you have provided in the order before checking out.

I could only reship it after I have received the returned package. The reshipping fees will be paid by you (buyer).

However, in the events, after I have received the return package and you would like to have a refund instead of reshipping the order again, the Refund will consist of product cost only (not the shipping paid on the order) .
