⭐️ 1st Class Sign For - aims to deliver your parcel within 1-3 working days. Sometimes can take up to 14 business days. This shipping comes with a tracking number a will require a signature.

⭐️ Express - aims to deliver your parcel the next working day. Sometimes can take up to 10 business days.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as I can't be held responsible for shipment to an incorrect/old address.

If for any reason your order does not arrive within these expected time frames, please contact me via Etsy message providing confirmation of your delivery name and address, and I will look into it ASAP!

International Standard Shipping -aims to deliver your parcel within 10- 35 business days. This service does not provide a tracking number and is not traceable. NO PO BOX addresses

Tracke&sign- track your item and get your item to send the next business day (if all items are in stock or within "ready to ship" time). This service aims to deliver your parcel within 5 - 14 business days. Sometimes it could take even up to 35 business days. NO PO BOX addresses.

Condition of Returns

All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging to be qualified for a refund. (please return the item within 14 days of receiving the item).
Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please make sure you have proof of postage or a tracking number.
Once the parcel is received and checked the refund will be issued immediately for the item(s) (the original postage fee paid at the checkout is non-refundable)

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Condition of Exchange

All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging to be qualified for an exchange. Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure you have proof of postage or a tracking number. Once the parcel is received please allow up to 3 days to resent your item.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Condition of Exchange (damage)

If the item arrived damaged please contact us ON THE DAY the item arrives - please upload the photo of the item as well as the packaging the item arrived.

If the item has been worn or become damaged after use (please report within 14 days of receiving the item) it will be necessary for us to receive the item in order to make the repairs. The return postage and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
