Custom formulations are available, pricing starts at $55 each for most items and includes 2 revisions, 1 full sized container of the finished product and domestic shipping. We are also happy to offer customized versions of some of our bath products when possible, such as fragrance free, alternate scents or colors, and themed items. Please send us a convo to discuss your needs and we will get back to you with pricing, order minimums, and turn around times.

In light of current health concerns, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We want our customers to have a great experience and will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. :)

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Nearly all packages are insured and have tracking, so if your order does not arrive, or arrives critically damaged, please let us know immediately so we can file a claim and get your order replaced. Please save damaged packaging, or document all damages with photos as we will need them to file a claim and expedite a replacement order. If a product fails to meet reasonable expectations, please contact us with your concerns so we can work out a solution.
