Kanzashi and traditional Chinese Hair Sticks!

Perfect for a handknit shawl, or your hair, this hairstick is the perfect foundation to work with. The ideas for embellishing this hair stick are endless. Wire wrap, bead, macrame, braid, glue, paint, decoupage - you can do anything with this cool hair stick! You will receive one (1) hairstick. Hair sticks measure about 7" and taper from about 9mm at the widest end to 4mm at the rounded point. They are softly rounded, but their shape is round and slightly tapered at the end, like an old-fashioned pen. This stick has one hole for embellishing: drilled sideways, one 2mm hole is about 1.5" from the widest end. The wood is a smooth satiny finish. These would also be amazing with handknit bags or handsewn purses. Lots of charming character and so perfect for your masterpiece!
