These thank you notes are a pdf file, I will edit the note with your details and email you a final file for printing.

1) Once you review your proof and approve, I will then email your final files so please double check your proof for any spelling mistakes or errors.
2) If you need any changes to your proof, you will get up to two revisions free of charge.

Please ensure you have your wedding date and venue booked before ordering. If you need extra time to work out your wording, just let me know so I am not wondering where you went.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping policies

I endeavour to post your lovely goodies within three business days (longer for custom orders).

Postage within Australia tales 2-4 business days
International postage takes approximately 10 working days, so please allow plenty of time for postage at time of purchase. Please contact me fo rexpress shipping options.

Custom Orders: See below for a general timeline for custom orders, I will give you an appoximate design/production/printing timeline at time of purchase

Custom Stationery orders take 1-2 weeks to be ready for post.

I also take care to package your items carefully, ensuring they are amply protected from the vagaries of postage.

Please note: you are responsible for any import taxes into your home country, it is not my responsibility advise on any import taxes, rules or requirements.

How do I change the text?
Don't worry I do that for you! Once you place your order I will send you an email requesting all the info I need to customise your stationery.

Can I change the colour or font?
Colour customisation is FREE. Fonts can be changed at an additional cost of $20 per file. If you still don't see quite what you're looking for I can customise most of our designs to fit your needs, don't be shy, just ask.

What paper do you use?
I use a quality thick paper stock for wedding stationery, it is 'felt' textured 300gsm white card. I can supply other cards, please convo me for choices. Don't forget there are a huge range of paper finishes available from gloss to recycled, shimmer effects and textured feels.

What Envelopes do you Use?
I use excellent quality envelopes made from 180gsm paper stock, all white envelopes are 'felt' textured to match the paper I print on. Coloured envelopes and metallic envelopes are also available, please convo me for options.

How long will it take?
It usually takes under a week. Custom jobs can take longer depending on the complexity of the design requested, but I will try to get you your first proof in 3-5 working days. Please ensure you have your wedding date and venue booked before ordering.

Can I get a printed sample?
As each person prints out their own stationery using different printers and different paper, I don't supply printed samples.

Can I use a design for something different?
Absolutely, don't feel restricted. If you see a design you like they can all be adapted to bridal shower invitations, anniversary parties or even birthdays.

Can I supply text in a different language?
As long as it doesn't require special fonts it should be ok. Make sure your instructions are very clear, as I probably won’t know where to start a new line or if something should be capitalised for example. Some language changes will incur a small additional fee so please check with me first.

What size is it?
Most of my designs can be customised to fit your size requirements, so just ask but as standard all of my stationery files fit onto a A4 sheet of paper (210 x 297 mm or 8.27 x 11.69 inches) for easy at home printing.

My invitations are A5 in size (148 x 210 mm or 5.8 x 8.3 inches).
RSVP and Insert cards are A6 - 105 x 140 mm (4.1 x 5.8 inches)

Thank you cards and save the dates are general postcard size A6 - 105 x 148 mm (4.1 x 5.8 inches).

I can't open the proof you sent.
I send all files as PDFs which you will need to view in Adobe Reader, you can download it for free if you don't already have it
