Measurements in the shop are done by hand with a ruler/measuring tape. While I did my best to measure with precision, it is possible that due to human error there could be a slight difference.

I aim to do as little edit as possible to show actual representation of the items. I am not a professional but I hope to improve as I go along. Please bare in mind that the item may appear slightly different among screen monitors due to resolutions and what not.

From 2022, pictures are taken with Oppo Find X3 Pro.

My item's listed price DOES NOT include VAT/Custom Duty Tax/Processing Fee of recipient's post service that maybe incurred as per law regulations.

UK: From 1st Jan, 2021, Etsy will collect 20% VAT on total value of the package (excluding delivery) that is less than or equal to £135. For items under £135 threshold, UK shoppers will see VAT-inclusive pricing when they view listings. The final VAT amount will be calculated at checkout.

AU: From 1st Jul 2018, Etsy will collect a 10% GST on orders (value less than or equal to $1,000 AUD) from Australia.

NZ: From 1st Dec 2019, Etsy will collect a 15% GST on orders from New Zealand.

SG/MSIA: From 1st Jan 2020, Etsy will collect tax on digital downloads.

I post orders out at the PO (SingPost) within 1-2 working days (also depending on item's processing time) after the order is processed by Etsy. Same day posting is possible only if I can make it in time to the PO.

Items are shipped ACCORDING TO THE ADDRESS ON ETSY.

Local orders may take about 2 - 5 working days.

Int'l order may take up to 10 - 60 working days (maybe even longer depending on factors like the recent pandemic, weather, holidays, int'l customs, postal efficiency of recipient's country).

International orders are mailed via registered shipping which COMES WITH a tracking number.

Local orders are mailed via standard shipping WITHOUT tracking. Shipping upgrade is available upon checkout, additional charges by Singpost still apply.

RM does not provide detailed online tracking capability. It is not mandatory for registered items to be scanned at every stage of the delivery process be it for local or overseas delivery.

For RM to overseas, the scan events may differ from post to post. A scan event will be shown IF AND WHEN they are provided by the overseas postal administrations.

Please ALLOW at least 18 working days (within 6mths of order ship date) before contacting me. I will raise an official inquiry with Singpost on your behalf. They will reach out to the destination's postal administration. Under 'Universal Postal Regulations', overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.

I will keep you inform of the status update as I received it.

1. If the parcel is officially declared lost by Singpost after the official inquiry (which MAY TAKE UP to 60 business days), the FULL AMOUNT of your order will be refunded back to you.

2. If the parcel is returned unopened due to non-receipt by the buyer, refunds will be on the TOTAL RETAIL PRICE of your order LESS the cost of SHIPPING.

3. If your order arrives damaged, contact me immediately. I need photos as proof of damage (original package and item content). After inspection, if it is due to my error in packaging that the order is damaged, refunds will be on the TOTAL RETAIL PRICE of your order OR MAXIMUM 100SGD, WHICHEVER IS LOWER, will be offered.

If there is excess shipping charges of more than S$2.00, it will be refunded back to the buyer. If shipping is undercharged, I will absorb the difference.

1. Invoices/Receipts are not included in your order to reduce paper use in an effort to support a more eco-friendly environment (unless required by the postal service).

If you need a copy, kindly refer to your email receipt from Etsy or you could always drop me an Etsy message and I will send you the PDF version.

2. Some packing materials I used can be and/or are recycled:

Clean boxes from home, kraft paper box, cardboard (to provide stiffer backing, normally for sticker orders), Shredded Paper (colored paper using shredder machine), Inflated Cushioning (reused from frequent shopping online), paper bags, jute strings and ribbons.

3. I do not offer gift wrapping services.

Large items that may not fit into the letterbox will have to be mailed using SingPost SpeedPost which is a doorstep delivery. Tracking is also provided for this service. This is at a flat rate of S$6.00. Some items may also be delivered via Ninja Van which is a flat rate of S$3.50.

Knitted items will be mailed via SmartPac Lite.
