USPS package tracking information (domestic orders) or the International Customs Number (international orders) of your package will be emailed to you when your order ships out. NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents, ceiling fans and air currents, also keep candle wicks trimmed to 1/4" (paraffin) or 1/8" (soy) before each use to keep candles burning correctly. Be careful when burning candles with herbs, resins or other adornments, as these things may catch fire. Remove these before lighting. All shipments are made to the address you list during the checkout, we are not liable for incorrect addresses, even if you convo or email after checkout - we do not always receive the message on time.
To ensure that your package gets to you without delay, please make sure the shipping address is correct. Go to your etsy account - its under "you" at the top of the computer screen, there is a drop down select "account settings" - once you are in that screen there are options at the top - click on "Addresses" - in this page are all of your shipping addresses. Please update to your correct address, and remove any that are incorrect. Also check which address the default is check marked.

At this time we do not insure items. If you require insurance please send an email and we can add the extra cost to your order.

Damage that occurs during shipping will Not be reimbursed. We
make an effort to wrap with care and secure each package in protective layers or boxes.

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping company it is No longer in our control. Please inquire about insurance if you are worried about this.
