What software do I need?

Microsoft Excel for desktop is required; Excel is not included. The workbooks were tested in Microsoft 365 Excel on Windows 11. Google Sheets is not supported. We do not claim to have tested Mac Excel or Excel 2021.

What is included in my download?

After payment is confirmed, Etsy provides one ZIP for the tier you purchased. It contains a blank customer workbook, a completed sample workbook, and six short guides. Open the sample and quick-start guide first, then enter your own assumptions in the blank workbook. If a file does not open, contact propertycashflowmethods@gmail.com with your order and tier.
