Never received the crown, seller is poor at responding, waiting to hear on refund

I loved the felt crown that we ordered for my granddaughter for her first birthday. It was so precious and made so well. It fit her head perfect, and she wore it the entire party. She knew she was royal!

The crown is cute, but it took almost six weeks to arrive. I was very disappointed with the seller and the absolute absence of communication.
