Die vraag is waar Fixed That begint.
Ik ben Scarlet, een ontwerper en productontwikkelaar uit Perth, West-Australië. Ik let op de problemen waar mensen steeds tegenaan lopen: dezelfde verwarring, extra stappen of onafgemaakte klussen, keer op keer. Vervolgens analyseer ik de oorzaak van de moeilijkheden en maak ik een oplossing.
Het probleem bepaalt wat er gemaakt wordt. Het doel is altijd een nuttig product dat iemand helpt bij wat hij of zij wil doen.
De eerste collectie is ontstaan uit projecten voor klanten. Het behandelt extra verzoeken, verspreide feedback, onduidelijke afspraken, projectbestanden en het controleren van werk voordat je het verzendt. De digitale kits bevatten handleidingen, uitgewerkte voorbeelden en werkpagina's, zodat je de situatie waarin je je bevindt kunt aanpakken.
Dat is het uitgangspunt van Fixed That. Er zijn nog veel meer dingen die niet zo moeilijk zouden moeten zijn.

I’m Scarlet, a designer and product maker based in Perth, Western Australia. I pay attention to the problems people keep working around: the same confusion, extra steps or unfinished job, over and over. Then I look at what’s causing the difficulty and make something that helps.
The problem determines what gets made. The aim is always a useful product that helps someone do what they came to do.
The first collection grew out of client project work. It tackles extra requests, scattered feedback, unclear agreements, project files and checking work before you send it. The digital kits bring together guidance, worked examples and working pages so you can work through the situation in front of you.
That’s the starting point for Fixed That. There are plenty more things that shouldn’t be this difficult.
