How soon will I receive my stationery in the U.S. after placing an order?
The following is a general guideline for processing and shipping orders. However, see Etsy's delivery estimate for current turnaround times.
PROCESSING: Current processing time is 3-4 days PLUS shipping time.
SHIPPING: Depending on the mode of delivery you choose, shipping times (in addition to processing time) are as follows:
US First Class Mail (usually 2-6 days in transit*)
US Priority Mail (usually 2-3 days in transit*)
US Express Mail (1-2 day delivery)
*This is an estimate based on the USPS web site. However, they are NOT a guarantee that your item will arrive in that specified time.
Before you print my order, will I see a proof?
I normally do not send out digital proofs. That way I can keep my costs down and the turn-around time fairly fast! Since I take the information as it is typed in the "note to seller" and copy/paste it into my program and then make adjustments for typestyle (all lowercase, all uppercase, etc.), there usually aren't any problems with not sending out proofs.
If you still would like to see a proof, please let me know in the "note to seller" box upon checkout.
How do I let you know the name I'd like to have printed on the sationery?
You can either let me know the personalization info in the box that appears on the item page (on most devices, this box should appear above the "add to cart" button) or in the "note to seller" box upon checkout. The information you give is then copied and pasted into my program and I make adjustments for typestyle (all lowercase, uppercase, etc.) as it appears in the listing pictures.
I'm ordering an item as a gift, can you include a gift tag?
Certainly! In the "note to seller" box upon checkout, just be sure to mention that this is a gift and whom it's from and I'll include a "handmade for you" gift tag stating the gift is from you (and I won't include a receipt).
How will I know that my order has shipped?
Please be on the lookout for your shipping confirmation email that will be sent automatically to your Etsy email address when your package has shipped. You can also check your purchases in Etsy to see when the item has been marked shipped. It will give you the ability to track the package as well.
I received my order and something isn’t right. What can I do?
I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right.
Do your products come from a smoke-free, pet-free home?
Unless you count the smoke alarm going off now and again, all my products come from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
