Frequently asked questions
How do I get my files?
Right after you pay, go to You → Purchases and reviews and select Download files. You'll also get an email with a download link.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. All items are digital downloads; nothing physical is mailed.
What paper sizes are included?
Most files include US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4. Each listing says exactly what's included.
Can I print more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own home, family, classroom or residents.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. Files are for personal use only. Please don't share, resell or upload them elsewhere.
My file won't open. What should I do?
Try opening it on a computer with a free PDF reader. If it still doesn't work, message us and we'll help.
I'm in the EU or UK. Can I cancel a download?
Digital downloads start as soon as your payment is complete, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply once the download is available. If something is wrong with your file, message us and we'll make it right.
