Care instructions
The chains I use are made of plated brass - lead, nickel & cadmium-free. Easy to maintain. If cleaning is needed, simply wipe with a dry cloth, No rinsing in water or showering with it. It should be kept dry, as possible when in storage. In order to keep the jewelry, avoid wearing it when sleeping, showering, or doing physical exercise. Also, avoid contact with jewelry with perfume, hair sprays, and similar products. Please note, the chain links are not welded, so play with it gently.
Sizing details
Each item has detailed Specifications. if you need a different size, please contact me with the right size you need and I will adjust it for you.
Gift wrapping and packaging
My jewelry is packed in a gift bag/box with Impulsiva brand tag. If you want to wrap it as a gift, I offer a gift wrap service with an extra charge (4$) - Please check box this option when you check out if you would like to add a gift wrap. You can also write a personal message to the gift recipient, I will print it on paper with decorative graphics and the font type and add it to the package. Perfect as a present for someone special or for yourself!
Shipping
I am shipping my items from ISRAEL. I will mail items within 1-3 days after payment has been processed. The shipping method I offer is registered post, delivery within 10-21 business days.
You can upgrade shipping when you check out to:
Eco post priority shipping delivery within 7-10 business days. A tracking number is included, and you will be able to track your parcel and see where is it on any day or DHL express shipping delivery within 3-5 business days.
Please note that we use an external service provider, although we use the most reliable services we cannot be completely assured the delivery will not be overdue.
From my experience during the holiday season (November-December), I recommend expedited shipping methods.
Delivery
The estimated delivery date is ESTIMATED ONLY and is not guaranteed. I do my best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with tracking info for your order.
All of my jewelry comes gift wrapped in a velvet bag or box with Impulsiva brand tag, carefully shipped in a bubble wrap mailer.
I can ship to a third party if you wish your item to be a gift. Please let me know.
Plating
I use quality chains that are made in Germany, lead nickel & cadmium-free. The chains are brass with 24 karats gold or 925 sterling silver plating. Please note, the reaction to plating varies on different kinds of skin. Some people have acidic sweat which causes the plating to wear off faster. For that reason, there is no guarantee on the plating.

I am allergic to nickel, do you recommend buying your jewelry?
I do not recommend buying If you are allergic to nickel. Some parts may contain nickel. I can't control the plating process 100%
