All Custom jewelry in my shop is made with sterling silver and 14K gold-filled bars (gold and rose gold).
Each item will come with beautiful packaging (without an invoice), an anti-tarnish bag for storage, a small polish cloth, and care tips.

For our personalized jewelry, each piece is meticulously crafted by hand, ensuring a unique and special touch.
The personalized items are not 'ready-to-ship' and are made to order.
As each piece is crafted to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or there is a mistake in the personalization details. We take great care to ensure the accuracy and quality of your order.
If you have any concerns or issues with your personalized item, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to address and resolve the situation promptly.
* Size Exchange Options:
If the chain length is not ideal, please feel free to reach out to us. We offer two convenient solutions:
1. Return and Replace: You can send the item back to us, and we will provide you with a new chain.
The service fee is $8.50, inclusive of shipping fees.
2. Extension Option: Alternatively, you can opt for a 2" extension, available at $10.50.
