2 out of 5 starsItems received after short delay but less than 3 months after receiving, 2 of the 3 bracelets have broken... messaged seller twice but no answer. Bracelets are lovely but too expensive if they don't last.

Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched in 1-5 working days as all items are individually handmade and packaged.
If you need an item urgently for a specific date please contact me when ordering to advise. Larger orders may need more time to process and Christmas months, November/December may take longer to process so please bear with me, thank you.

UK = 1-2 working days (all UK orders are sent 1st class)
EUROPE = 3-5 working days (sent via standard airmail)
USA & WORLDWIDE = 5-7 working days (sent via standard airmail)
PRIORITY SHIPPING (UK ONLY) = Guaranteed delivery before 1pm (item will be prioritised and processed in 1-2 working days ahead of other orders).

PACKAGING:
All items will arrive gift wrapped:
Morse code items - On a saying card within a petal fold envelope.
Other items - Wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a 'Minimalist Me Designs' kraft pillow box.
Please let me know if the order is being sent straight to the recipient as a gift and whether you would like me to include a handwritten note card with a message of your choice.
