Custom and personalized orders

While we appreciate the inquiry, we do not create custom orders.

How do I get my digital download file after I’ve placed my order?

After you complete your purchase, Etsy will automatically email you a link to download your digital files. You may also retrieve the files from your account under Purchases & Reviews.

How do I get the files onto my devices: smartphone, tablet, or iPad?

To get the downloaded files from your desktop or laptop to your mobile device, email the file to yourself or add the file to iCloud, Dropbox, or Google Drive. You may then upload it to the app of your choice.

How do I open a PDF?

PDF files are opened with a PDF reader. Most devices (desktop, laptop, smartphone) have reader software installed. If your device does not have a PDF reader, you will need to download one to view the PDF files.

How do I find the file I downloaded on my computer?

For a PC or a Mac, check your downloads folder. On a Mac, click the “Finder” icon in your dock and then click on Downloads to see recently downloaded files. On a PC, look in “My Computer” or “File Explorer” for the file. You can search using keywords from the the title of the file name to locate where the files have been saved on your computer.
