Frequently asked questions
Return & Replacement Policy:
• Issues with Order: If you encounter problems such as misprinted,
damaged, or defective items, please contact us within 3 weeks from the
date of receipt. For such issues, provide clear photographs for evidence.
• Lost Orders: Should your item get lost in transit, notify us within 3 weeks
following the estimated delivery date. For orders lost over 14 business days
(35 for international), we'll replace it for free.
• Faulty Orders: If the mistake is on our side, we'll bear all costs.
• Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to a wrong or insufficient
address provided by the buyer, you are responsible for the reshipment fee.
There's a 7-day window for reshipment upon package return. Note:Partial
refunds will be given for wrong address
Delivery Issues:
Marked as Delivered: If the package is marked "delivered" but isn't found,
it's your responsibility to contact the local delivery service. We'll assist from
our side, but replacement costs may not be covered.
Production & Shipping:
• Production: We take 1-7 days (typically 1-2 days) to print each shirt.
• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 days (usually 3 days).
• Express Shipping (U.S.): 1-3 days (usually 2 days).
Bulk Orders:
Wholesale: We provide discounts for orders of 35+ items.
Return & Exchange Exceptions:
Custom Prints: We generally don't offer returns or exchanges for custom
orders. However, we strive to find a fair solution, which might include a
discounted replacement or, in rare cases, a return where the buyer covers
return shipping.
