How long will my order take to arrive?
Every print is made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for printing, quality checking, packaging and preparation.
Estimated delivery times after production:
United States: 2–3 business days
Canada: 3–5 business days
Tracking will be sent once your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier, weather or customs delays.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect or is marked delivered but missing?
Please contact us through Etsy as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Include clear photographs of the artwork, packaging and shipping label, and keep all packaging while we review the issue.
For packages marked delivered but not received, please check with household members, neighbours, reception areas and the carrier. Allow one additional business day, as packages are sometimes scanned early, then message us if it still has not arrived.
Can I cancel, return, refund or exchange my order?
Because every print is made specifically to order, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
Please carefully check the artwork, size, frame colour and delivery address before purchasing. Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order; once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Orders that arrive damaged or incorrect will be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
What sizes are available, and will the artwork be cropped?
All standard prints are produced in their native 4:5 ratio, so the complete artwork is printed with zero cropping.
Available full-print sizes:
8×10 in — 20×25 cm
16×20 in — 40×50 cm
24×30 in — 60×76 cm
36×45 in — 91×114 cm
We also offer two matted options:
11×14 frame with an 8×10 print
18×24 frame with a 16×20 print
The mat surrounds the full 4:5 artwork and does not cover any part of the design. Mat borders may appear slightly thicker or thinner between sizes. Custom sizing may be available by request, so please message us before ordering.
What paper and framing options are used, and will the colours match my screen?
Prints are produced on smooth, neutral-white, acid-free 230 GSM matte paper with a durable 9.5 mil thickness. The paper is designed for fine-art and photographic reproduction, delivering sharp detail, faithful colour and strong contrast.
Artwork is available as a print only or ready-framed where shown. Decorative frames used in room mockups are for display purposes only. The actual frame colours available are shown at the end of the listing photos.
Please note that screens can display colours differently depending on brightness, calibration and device settings. Slight variations between the listing images and the finished print are normal. Styled mockups may also be affected by lighting and are intended as visual examples.
How do I access one of the remaining digital-download listings?
This applies only to older listings clearly marked as digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
Sign in to Etsy through a computer or mobile browser and go to:
Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files
Downloads are not available through the Etsy app. Guest buyers can access their files using the link in their Etsy receipt email.
