Welcome to my shop Solstice Ready To Wear! Genuine handmade quality unique every day wear clothing and accessories for free-spirited souls inspired by the sun, the moon, mysterious happenings, midnight walks, late night escapades, gothic romance, Victorian days and decadent nostalgia. I primarily design under the categories of: Glam-Grunge/Boho Glam, Victorian Romanticism and Ethereal-Goth. I occasionally also have some unique one of a kind pieces for sale!

✈ SHIPPING:
✈ Standard shipping time on domestic orders is about 5-12 business days. US is 7-14 days and worldwide is 3-4 weeks. *PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA IS WITH FED EX FIMS AND CAN TAKE BETWEEN 4-6 WEEKS* PLEASE NOTE: These are estimated times. Please keep in mind the processing times stated in the individual listings. This is the estimated production time range needed to make the item BEFORE it is to be shipped. I am not responsible for postal delivery delays or customs clearance. If you are wanting an item by a specific date please message me prior to checkout.
✈ All orders will be sent out with a tracking number. Enhanced package insurance is available at an extra cost as is express shipping. Higher priced items will be sent with signature upon receipt which may require you to secure pick up from your local post office. I will only send your package to the address on your Esty profile provided at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct and secure. Solstice Ready To Wear is not responsible for stolen packages or those marked as delivered through Canada Post/USPS. In the event of a lost package, I will require your cooperation in order to file a claim on your behalf with your local post office.

This is the amount of time needed to process the order BEFORE it ships out from my studio:
READY MADE ITEMS: These items are ready to be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
The processing time varies for more labor intensive items ( jackets, coats, some dresses). This is usually anywhere from 5 business days to 2 weeks BEFORE dispatch depending on the season and how busy I am. Please refer to the individual listing.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

I will only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
I can not accept returns for made to order sized clothing, However if you have an issue with your order please message me within 7 days of receiving the item and we can work something out. For other ready-made/in-stock accessories, in the event of exchange or return, the item will need to be shipped back to me with a valid tracking number within 7 day of delivery. Only once received at SolsticeRTW studio will a refund be issued. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All Made To Order items with 1 week processing time or more must be placed by NOV 31 for Canada/US to ensure holiday delivery with standard mail. If you order past this date and would like to upgrade shipping to ensure delivery before Dec 25 please send me a message for a shipping quote.

Very unique . And in my opinion Worth every penny . Had my eyes on it for a few months . So happy i saved up and went for it instead if buying a cheaper coat outhere . Best decision ever . Seller was great and did an amazing job . I could not be happier !! 10 stars !!! 5 out of 5 starsTHIS COAT!!! Omg I cannot express how perfect it is! I have no words. The quality and craftsmanship is off the chain amazing! Heather is a magician's! We discussed my measurements to get the perfect sizing and her recommendations nailed it! It fits like a glove. We discussed the warmth as I live in the Midwest U.S and winters are very cold. She added fleece to the lining and I couldn't be happier with it's coziness. Thank you thank you thank you.. this coat is a dream! I love it so much and now I can't wait for colder weather so I can wear it. Pictures don't do it justice. THIS COAT exceeded my expectations!

Custom and personalised orders
I am not accepting custom work at the moment, however if you see a listed item that you like and are wondering if it can be made in another color or using another fabric you see in the shop or adding a small design detail such as fur cuffs, extra buttons, exc feel free to message me and I will check my supply and see if that is possible :)
Care instructions
I include care instructions at the end of each listing regarding if the item is suitable for machine washing, drying, dry-cleaning or if the item should be hand spotted by hand. It is not suggested to machine wash the faux fur items as this will destroy and mat the fibers. These items can be spot treated by hand with a mild detergent
Sizing details
I offer all items in various sizes, excluding some one of a kind designs (limited because of my fabric supply/special design details/trims) I include a size chart in the photos of listings and/or at the end of each item's description. If you have questions about sizing or fit please send me a message before ordering
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
I understand buying clothing online without being able to first try it on can sometimes be unsettling. If there is a problem with your item please contact me ASAP via etsy messages so I can assist and provide an appropriate solution that is fair to you as my customer.
SHIPPING
I ship via Canada Post with tracking (Canada) and USPS regular parcel with full tracking. *Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and updated on your etsy profile. (I will only ship to this address) If the package is returned to me due to buyer error I can not refund the original shipping costs. If you want me to resend the package you will unfortunately need to pay the shipping again. If you would like to know the postage difference for expedited (US) expresspost or priority, please message me and I will provide you with a delivery quotes
Please be aware that any VAT/ customs fees incurred on goods is your responsibility as a buyer.
Custom and personalised orders
If an item is lost in the mail, please contact me as soon as possible! You will need to provide your phone number and email to me so that I can file an insurance claim on your behalf. Your full cooperation is required in this process otherwise the claim will be voided and closed without compensation.
NOTE: I can not issue refunds for lost packages marked as "delivered" Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
