Frequently asked questions

Do you have phone case for other phone models beside the ones listed on the drop down menu?

All the phone case models available for printing are stated in the description box in the product page. If the phone model you want is not listed in the drop-down menu, please select the ''Others" option and indicate your preferred phone model accordingly in the ''Personalization'' Textbox. If these options are not available, please drop me a message directly.

Custom and personalized orders

If you have a picture or print that you love and would like it to be printed on the phone case, click the 'Request Custom Order' and we can talk more about it.

Custom designs that require me to design from scratch will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please note that an additional 2 - 3 working days on top of the current processing time are required for such orders.

Can I ask for an exchange if the item is defective?

Yes, we will ask for you to provide us with photos of the defective item within 14 days from delivery and a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. We strictly do not provide refunds for buyers' remorse.

Can I ask for an exchange if I have selected the wrong phone model / Wrong sleeve size during purchase?

Regrettably, we will not be able to provide an exchange if you have selected the wrong phone model / wrong sleeve size during purchase as each item is printed upon your order and we do not keep any inventory for returned products. Please make sure you select the correct option before you check out.

The tracking information showed my item 'delivered' but I have not received it. Can you send a replacement?

If you haven't receive your item even though the tracking information showed that the item is already delivered, please check the address in your Etsy account and make sure it is updated and correct. If it is correct, do check with your neighbors or mailman for the package in case it was sent to the wrong unit or someone might have collected on your behalf. You may also contact your local USPS for more information. We will not be sending a replacement unless the package is lost in transit (USPS lost the item while transiting).

I have not received the item? Is the item lost in transit?

Under normal circumstances, domestic delivery should take between 5 - 8 working days while international orders can take up to 21 working days. Please contact me if you have not received the item within 4 weeks after these stipulated delivery times. We will not be able to make any claims for lost-in-transit- parcels after the 4 weeks time frame and thus will not be able to provide any refund after that should the item is indeed lost in transit.
