If the order is under a pound is will be shipped with first class with tracking.

Ship with a tracking is safer and better. Because it’s can be track it.

I use good quality rigid envelopes, bubble mailers, and corrugated boxes to pack the orders so that items will not get damaged during shipping.

USPS shipping fee is constantly rise the price. This is very hard for small business.

I do not keep or make money off from the shipping fee.

If there are overages, I will refund the money.

Sometimes, USPS doesn’t scanned the package when the package been pick up or drop off. ( This is really hurting small business owner)

It’s will scanned once it “out for delivery”

The date that the label has been created, the package will be pick up ( or drop off) by the next day or two.

Please understand that I cannot control how and when USPS scanned the package. (I wish I could 🙈)

When label is printed out, your package will be pick up by mailman the next day or next two day. ( Mailman here sometimes, loves to skip my pick up)

If they did not pick up by USPS, my husband will drop it off to the postal office before he go work. (Night shift)

Sometimes, packages will sit in the postal office for a day or two to get scanned.

I am a honest seller, I do love to see my customers receive happy mail from me. But I am sorry that those tracking system is out of my control. 🙈

My processing time is 5-7 business days.

I will do my best to work on the order and sent out ASAP.

But Please understand that..

I am human being and I’m the only one doing basically EVERYTHING.. (making new items, listing new items, returning customers messages, printing the label and packing the orders)

I don’t have anyone to help me..
(My husband is only person helps me dropped off the packages to local postal office (when USPS carrier forgot to stop by my house for pick up, my husband will drop it off the next day) during or after his work)

I get about 45-60 orders a day.. I will do my best to sent it out ASAP.
