The vast majority of "lost" mail turns up within this timeframe and I cannot do anything about it until 25 days have passed since the expected delivery date. UK mail does not come with tracking as standard - it's more than double the price for me to send an item tracked to the USA. I appreciate this may sound ridiculous - especially to American customers used to everything being tracked as standard - but I assure you that's the way it is and the way it always has been since I've been running the shop.

If your item arrives damaged get in touch and I'll sort that out, if your item still hasn't arrived after 30 days get in touch and I'll sort that out.

THANK YOU so much for being understanding and supporting me. Unlike a large company, I'm just me. I'm not in a financial position where I can take the losses of the post service failures - I need to be compensated by them. I need all my customers to understand that when they shop small, they take this into consideration.
