Desde que me lembro, sempre fui atraído por fontes criativas que trazem beleza e uma sensação de calma. Além da minha carreira em marketing e treinamento, eu buscava algo que me ajudasse a recarregar as energias depois de dias longos e corridos. Foi então que descobri a Kinusaiga, uma arte têxtil japonesa que rapidamente se tornou mais do que um hobby — tornou-se uma forma de respirar, desacelerar e encontrar equilíbrio.
O que começou como uma fuga pessoal logo se transformou em algo maior. Percebi que, embora a arte em si fosse relaxante, a preparação não era. Cortar espuma, construir molduras e procurar materiais parecia mais uma tarefa do que uma liberação criativa. Eu sabia que outros poderiam sentir o mesmo, então me propus a mudar isso.
Foi assim que nasceu o Tuck Lab. Eu queria criar um espaço onde as pessoas pudessem vivenciar a alegria pacífica e meditativa que eu havia encontrado, sem o estresse extra. Hoje, o Tuck Lab oferece kits cuidadosamente elaborados para tornar a criatividade simples, acessível e restauradora. Para mim, não se trata apenas de artesanato — trata-se de ajudar outras pessoas a encontrar um pouco de calma em suas próprias vidas.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to creative outlets that bring both beauty and a sense of calm. Outside of my career in marketing and training, I was looking for something that could help me recharge after long, busy days. That’s when I discovered Kinusaiga, a Japanese fabric art that quickly became more than just a hobby—it became a way to breathe, slow down, and find balance.
What started as a personal escape soon turned into something bigger. I realized that while the art itself was relaxing, the preparation wasn’t. Cutting foam, building frames, and hunting down supplies felt more like a chore than a creative release. I knew others might feel the same, so I set out to change that.
That’s how Tuck Lab was born. I wanted to create a space where people could experience the peaceful, meditative joy I’d found without the extra stress. Today, Tuck Lab offers thoughtfully prepared kits designed to make creativity simple, approachable, and restorative. For me, it’s not just about crafting—it’s about helping others carve out a little calm in their own lives.
