All of my products are proudly vegan, which means that they do not contain any animal products such as leather, fur, silk, bone, shell or pearl. The paint I use for my hand stamped jewelry is cruelty free, and even the bench block pad I use to stamp with is vegan.

Gift packaging
Every purchase comes ready for gift giving! Each item will be packaged in a gift box or gift bag. Jewelry purchases are carefully packaged and shipped in a box to ensure it arrives safely to its destination.
Care instructions
To ensure your jewelry lasts a long time, please be gentle with it and avoid showering or exercising with it on, lotions or jewelry polishers.
To keep your stretch bracelet in good condition, avoid snapping it on your wrist when putting it on. Instead, roll it over your wrist when putting it on or taking it off. This will help prevent the elastic from possibly breaking and avoid it from getting stretched out over time.
Jewelry is not intended for small children. Please keep all jewelry away from small children and pets.
Donating to Animal Organizations
For every item that is sold, 10% will be donated to animal welfare organizations dedicated to protecting and saving the lives of animals world wide 🐾 Please see my About page to learn more.
Return and Exchange Policy
I do not accept cancellations. If you have a problem with your order please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue. You may return or exchange your item if you are not completely satisfied. Contact me within 7 days and return item within 14 days. The item must be returned in its original condition to receive a refund, and you will be responsible for shipping costs, unless there is an error with your item or it is damaged.
There are no returns or exchanges on personalized items, unless item is damaged or there is a mistake on my part.

Please read the descriptions carefully in each item about how to get your correct size. I give an estimate of the fit of each bracelet to help you determine what size might fit you best.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are not available, but I offer some personalized jewelry as well as Personalized Pet Memorial Jewelry ♥︎ Please check out my Pet Memorial Jewelry section. You can have your beloved pet's name hand stamped on a charm, and it comes with a personalized copy of the Rainbow Bridge Poem 🌈
