Terms of Service
§ 1 - Provider, inclusion of the GTC
(1) The supplier and contractual partner for the displayed goods is: Beatrice Meyer, Hedwig-Dransfeld-Allee 14, 80637 Munich (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").
(2) These general terms and conditions are part of every contractual agreement between the supplier and the respective customer. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the customer will be contradicted.
§ 2 - product range and conclusion of contract
(1) The provider offers the items shown in his Etsy shop to other Etsy users for purchase. Colored material or metal alloys may discolor at high temperature, in direct sunlight, and when worn directly on the skin and in contact with cosmetics, perfume, hair spray, or may occasionally show color changes.
The color representation of the articles on the website may vary slightly depending on the Internet browser used and monitor settings of the customer; These deviations are technically never completely avoidable.
(2) Selection of goods, conclusion of contract and contract execution are in German. The supplier delivers by shipping within Germany. The content of concluded contracts is stored in the Etsy customer account of the customer and can be viewed by the customer in the Etsy portal at any time via the "My Etsy" menu under "My purchases".
(3) The customer selects the desired goods by placing them in the "shopping cart" or by clicking on the "go directly to the checkout" button. The order request can finally be sent to the provider via the button "Send order". The customer has until the sending of his order request at any time the opportunity to change the data specified in the order or cancel the order altogether.
(4) For the goods shown in the shop of the provider, the provider makes a binding offer. By sending the order via the button "Send order" the buyer accepts the purchase offer. The provider confirms the contract by e-mail (contract confirmation).
(5) In case of delivery obstacles or other circumstances that would be contrary to the contract, the provider informs the purchaser by e-mail. A partial delivery only takes place after approval by the customer.
§ 3 - Prices and Payment
(1) All product prices are final prices plus shipping costs. Sales tax is not charged.
(2) The shipping costs are listed in the product description under "Payment & Shipping".
(3) The provider delivers against payment in advance (by bank transfer, PayPal or by Etsy voucher). With the contract confirmation (§ 2 Abs. 4), the purchaser receives by e-mail an Internet link, which leads him into the "My purchases" section on the Etsy website, which contains the following further information on the transaction:
a) If the customer has chosen "bank transfer" as the payment method, the orderer will be informed of the bank details of the provider.
b) If the customer has chosen "PayPal" as the payment method, then he can click on the button "Click here to pay with PayPal" to the online service of PayPal and can initiate the payment there.
c) If the purchaser has chosen "Etsy voucher" as payment method, the purchaser can enter one or more voucher codes. The voucher value will be credited to the provider and the invoice amount paid in this way. If a voucher value is higher than the invoice amount, the voucher remains valid in the amount of the excess amount.

(4) For advance payment orders, a payment period of one week from receipt of the contract confirmation. The vendor places the desired goods back for the customer during the period of payment. It is the purchaser's responsibility to effect payment in good time so that it will be received by the provider within the deadline. The provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and sell the goods elsewhere if the payment has not been received by the deadline. Any payment received by the purchaser after the resignation will be refunded to the purchaser.
§ 4 - Shipping, delivery times
(1) The supplier shall deliver the goods to be delivered to the shipping company within the period of time specified in the respective product description from the time of full receipt of the payment.
(2) The delivery company needs about 2 working days from delivery by the provider for the delivery. Delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer.
(3) If the delivery to the customer fails because the customer has given the delivery address incorrectly or incompletely, a new delivery attempt will only be made if the customer accepts the costs for the new shipment. The renewed shipping costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed upon conclusion of the contract. The supplier will inform the customer of the required costs of a new delivery by e-mail. A new dispatch takes place only after receipt of payment of these costs.
§ 5 - Warranty
The warranty rights of the customer are governed by the statutory provisions.
§ 6 - Final commissions
(1) The provider collects the data entered by the purchaser in the course of his purchase for the purpose of contract processing and fulfillment. As far as the customer uses the service of PayPal for the payment of his purchase, the PayPal data protection regulations apply to the payment process. PayPal acts as a vicarious agent of the customer, not the provider.
(2) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding international private law and the UN Sales Convention.
(3) Should individual provisions of these general terms and conditions prove to be ineffective or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
