Once you've made a purchase, you have a window of 24 hours to make any alterations to your personalization details. After this period, modifications are not supported since we begin production, and the custom-made products can't be resold. We appreciate your understanding.
Is it possible to cancel my custom item order?
Yes, you can cancel, but it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Once we start production, cancellations aren't possible as the custom items can't be resold.
Can I opt for the original design without any personalization?
Certainly! After making your purchase, please reach out to us within 24 hours to specify your preference for the original design. Beyond this period, the order might already be in production.
Is it possible to include more than three letters for personalization?
Given our current resources, we can only offer personalizations of up to three letters at this time.
