1. Information collected by mySAM Anna Zabrzeska
To fulfill your order and for preparation of the all necessary documents, you must provide me few information such as Your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, method of payment and all details of the product ordered (information which was share to the Etsy and forwarded to the mySAM Company).

Information provided by the clients is valid for the company mySAM Anna Zabrzeska. We share provided personal information for the following reasons and in certain circumstances:
- We share information with the Etsy website to ensure the completion of the order and to comply with our obligations arising both from the Seller's Policy and the Etsy Terms of Use.
