OldMarket reserves the right to Modify the Terms of Use at any time, without notification.
1. PERSONAL USE
You can use our designs on any personal or non-profit project, with not credit, as long as no money is made.
If you share your project on your personal/non-rofit site, blog or social media, the file must be flattened and not extractable. Graphic Credit must be give to OldMarket, including an url (https://www.etsy.com/shop/oldmarketsquare) that links back to the shop within the description and on the same post as the image.
2. COMMERCIAL USE
A- CREDIT REQUIRED
All OldMarket designs come with a small commercial use license. (1000 items sold or less). We do ask that to use our designs commercially, credit be given back to OldMarket Designs. The link should be displayed on the same page as the product that is being sold.

B- NO CREDIT REQUIRED
If you would like to use our designs commercially (1000 items sold or less), and do not want to credit back to our shop, you must purchase a NO Credit License. Please contact me for details.
LARGER THAN 1000 QUANTITIES
These commercials licenses are not intended for mass production or larger than 1000 quantities. If you will be exceeding 1000, you will need an Extended License. Please contact me for details.

PHYSICAL END PRODUCTS
You can use OldMarket designs personally or commercially for all physical end products. This would include, but not limited to; shirts, mugs, bags, cups, cards, decals, stickers, art prints, towels, etc.
EMBROIDERY DIGITIZING
You can use OldMarket designs personally or commercially, as long as the file is sold as a digital embroidery file and the original artwork can not be extracted.
DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING
You can use OldMarket designs for all personal projects. Our designs can not be included in any Scrapbook kits of any kind, even if they are altered.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
You can use OldMarket designs personally or commercially to create digital printable files. Files must be sold as flattened JPEG or PDF files, where the original design can not be extracted. The design must be altered at least 50% to create a unique design. You may not create digital collage sheets or stickers with the images as is.

You can NOT upload files to “print-on-demand” web sites.
Wholesale or Third Party Sales
You can not sell or distribute our designs and claim them as your own.
You can not sell, trade, or give away our designs as is or altered.
You can not give away our graphic files for free, even if it is for personal use. This would include sharing them on Facebook groups or Blogs.

This file is created primarily for customers to use with cutting machine software, such as Silhouette Studio Designer Edition or Cricut Design Space. You are responsible for knowing what files work with your machine. However, if any of the files included in this listing do not work with your software, please contact me. I have also included files in this listing that work with scrapbooking, crafting and other digital art.
