Whenever possible, and this means most of the time...I use recycled stones, beads, pearls and components from antique or vintage jewelery. Part of the creation of Poppie Jasper, and its ongoing success, is from the many buying and sourcing trips I take to gather bits, bobs and trinkets to dismantle and make into new and exciting designs. Whenever I use the word "vintage" I mean an article at least five years old and bought used, and by antique the beads and components will be more than twenty.

Shipping Orders
* We are located in Jerusalem, Israel. Shipping to the USA and other countries takes approximately 10 to 15 working days.
* Your order will be shipped approximately within 2 - 3 working days. We will email you to let you know when your goodies have been posted.
* Small items under $20 are shipped in a flat mail envelope. Orders $20 and above shall be packaged in a velvet gift bag.
* Packages may occasionally be delayed by customs, this is out of our control and we request that you factor this eventuality into the delivery time. It does not happen often, but it can happen.
* If you have not received your order within the delivery time, please contact us andwe will do our best to resolve the problem.

* If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.
