I accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks. The items will be shipped when payment is received.
. Shipping will be sent via USPS First Class including delivery confirmation. Pls contact me if you wish to purchase insurance and I will send you an updated invoice. Please do this before you pay. If you do not choose to buy insurance and the package fails to arrive, I will not issue a refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot be responsible for loss or damage to uninsured items.
Returns will be accepted for store credit excluding shipping charges only after approval for unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging. Please contact me BEFORE returning your item. All costs for the return postage including delivery confirmation/tracking are the reponsibility of the buyer.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I would be happy to make a custom piece for you from your mother's,grandmother's, etc. old jewlery or with a design you have in mind. Custom orders will require a 50% downpayment at the time the order is placed. The turn around time depends on the size and detail involved in the order. Custom orders cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.
