Payment
PayPal is a safe and widely accepted method of payment for online purchases. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards and you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment using their service. Your card details are secure and your financial information is not shared with us.
When you are ready to checkout, you will be directed to the payment page where you can either log into your PayPal account or, if you do not have one, you can proceed to enter your billing information and personal details and confirm your order.
Payments by bank transfer are accepted by UK customers only. If you wish to pay this way, please send a message and I will send you my bank details.
Shipping
Need your item dispatched sooner? Don't despair! Leave a message at the time of purchase or contact me and I will do everything I can to get it shipped out sooner.
You will be notified as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Items are shipped standard airmail delivery from the United Kingdom and shipped to overseas destinations via Royal Mail Airmail. Items usually takes 1-5 business days in the United Kingdom and 3-5 weeks to international destinations. This is only an estimate and delays can occur which means that items may take longer than initially stated.
For international orders, arrival times can vary depending on the postal service in your own country and can take longer during holidays and peak seasons.
Standard delivery does not include delivery confirmation or tracking number. If you need Registered Mail with a tracking number and/or signature on delivery, please contact me for a quote. We cannot be held responsible for items are not arriving if sent with standard delivery and a replacement will only be sent at the discretion of the shop owner.
While rare, it is not unheard of for parcels to take 6 -8 weeks to arrive. This could happen because parcels sent to international destinations are subject to inspection at the customs control in the recipients country which adds to the delay.
Great care is taken when packaging items to make sure they are well protected whilst in transit.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any custom charges and import duties.

Please check the regulations for any customs and import duties payable. We are not responsible for these charges. Any packages that are returned because of refusal to accept will incur a 30% handling fee. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
Receipts: In keeping with the company's 'green initiative' no receipts are sent out with orders. A receipt is emailed to the customer at the time of purchase. A gift receipt can be provided if necessary. Please convo us or add a note at the time of purchase if you would like a gift receipt sent with your purchase.
Every item comes packaged ready for gift giving.
NB: Please ensure that the delivery address information is correct especially if the parcel is being sent to someone other than yourself. We will not be held responsible if the item is re-routed back to us because of incorrect address details. A further postage charge will apply and items returned to me will be exempt from being refunded. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery because of incorrect shipping information.

Additional policies and FAQs
Many of the products in the shop are made to measure in respect of wrist sizes, head sizes, necklace lengths, waist and body measurements as well as shoe size. It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to provide the correct measurements when placing an order. If alterations on items needs to be done, additional labour and material costs will have to be charged. If in doubt about any measurements, please contact me and I will gladly help.

Jewellery care
1. Jewellery should not be exposed to perfumes, lotions or aerosol sprays.
2. Keep your jewellery in separate compartments, and, if possible, in small ziplock bags.
3. Keep your jewellery away from extreme heat or sunlight
Remove your jewellery when cleaning, showering or swimming in a pool.
4. Most importantly keep your jewellery clean and dry.
